The Staff Development Guide provides SCORE Adopters with curriculum for training guidance interns and tutors, and for designing parent, motivational, and summer programs. It contains six sections: Introduction Guidance Academic Support/Tutoring Parent Programs Summer Acceleration Programs. It is available only to those who complete Adoption Training.

SCORE Directors

This CD provides counselors with supplemental materials, copies of current university/college applications, testing dates, financial aid information, special support services, and local career information. The guidelines help to increase the effectiveness of the counseling session. It is to be personalized and updated annually with literature from local colleges and universities. It is available only to those who complete the Adoption Training.

SCORE Directors

The purpose of a SCORE class is to empower students to function at a level of content mastery in all their other classes. SCORE equips students with powerful study skills, academic support, guidance, intervention, and motivational programs. SCORE improves student behavior and attitude, accelerates student academic performance, and increases college and career eligibility rates, specially for highrisk students.

SCORE works! It received recognition by the United States Department of Education as a model program and is a member of the National Diffusion Network (NDN).
